About The Event
These GFR Mitra Quarterly Gatherings are an opportunity to gather in between retreats, and nurture our relationships with current and new women* on the path.
Meeting Format 75 minutes
2-4 minutes for announcements and requests such as welcoming new Mitras seeking ordination or those looking for GFR groups, or any special requests for support or metta. To keep this process organized, complete the following form.
5-10 minute Chant/Meditate.
1-2 minutes to share information about the next meeting.
~ 60 minutes for small group discussion.
