About The Event
Meeting Format 75 minutes
2-4 minutes for announcements and requests such as welcoming new Mitra’s seeking ordination or those looking for GFR groups, or any special request for support or metta. To keep this process organized, complete the following form. [link]
5-10 minute Chant/Meditate.
1-2 minutes share information about the next meeting.
~ 60 minutes for small groups for discussion.
