Meeting Format 75 minutes

• 2-4 minutes for announcements and requests such as welcoming new Mitras seeking ordination or those looking for GFR groups, or any special request for support or metta

• 5-10 minutes Chant/Meditate

• 1-2 minutes share information about the next meeting

• ~ 60 minutes for small group discussions ​
