About The Event
For those ordained in the last six years, you and your private preceptor are invited to a Post Ordination retreat at Chintamani in Mexico, October 13-23, 2023. Karunadevi, Ashokashri, and Amala will be facilitating and look forward to being on retreat with you. It is a wonderful opportunity to come together to share our experiences as Order Members.
We will explore with each other the aspects of Order life that were a part of your Ordination retreat, such as the Four Acceptances, your Order name, the Ten Precepts. Also meditation practices including Sadhana, Six Elements, Bodhicitta, and experiences of insight. We can work out together those areas that are most relevant to us, what is challenging us, and what inspires us.
Also during this retreat a small group of women from the United States will be privately ordained. We are poised to create a meaningful and supportive context for them…
