About The Event
Meeting Format 75 minutes
2-4 minutes for announcements and requests such as welcoming new Mitras seeking ordination or those looking for GFR groups, or any special requests for support or metta. To keep this process organized, complete the form below.
5-10 minute Chant/Meditate.
1-2 minutes share information about the next meeting.
~ 60 minutes for small groups for discussion.
